Regional and Language Setting for Output

If you are using a Non-English version of windows, and use "," (comma) instead of "." (point) as the decimal separator then PLUS 2D also reads this settings and outputs all numbers in this format. This may sometimes cause problems in some cases where you are exporting the data to another program which cannot accept numbers with the "," (comma) as the decimal separator (say you are exporting to some CNC controller).

The changes in the Regional and Language Options will be applicable to all applications installed on your computer.

In such a situation, you should change the Windows Regional Settings as described below...

For Windows XP
1. Goto Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options.

Control panel can be open in two views they are as show below. Go through the proper one to get the 'Regional and Language Options'.
